Can I use a 1 1/4” to 2” adapter for my 2” bike rack without loosing any of the 200 lb capacity tongue weight? I realize I would still need a stabilizer strap. Thanks

When you use a hitch adapter or extender like what you mentioned with the Curt hitch part # C11030 you reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. Best option is most likely going to be to use a bike rack that fits this hitch size directly like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z.
You do not need to a stabilizer strap with this hitch though.
