Is this a replacement Fulton jack presently on a ranger boat they look the same?

It is possible that Fulton jack # FTJ120W0301 is the same jack that is used on your Ranger boat trailer. If your current jack is a side wind swivel jack with 10 inches of lift and rated for 1,200 pounds AND it mounts to a bracket welded to the trailer frame and held to it with a snap ring, then yes, this is the correct jack.
