Hello, Do you think this cargo box is some what water proof or resistant for hauling luggage?

Hi Steve,
Yes, the Inno Cargo Carrier with Removable Cargo Box # IN94MR is designed to protect the items inside from water and other dirt/debris. This cargo box is made with ABS plastic which is impact resistant and won't allow water to pass through. As long as you aren't submerging the box in water you should have no issues.
