The closest thing we have for your 2024 Honda CR-V is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12169 which is a Class II hitch receiver. This means it has the same 1-1/4" receiver opening as the Class I but it just has a stronger weight rating so this will still work for your application.
