Crossbar Recommendation for 2024 Toyota Tundra with RetraxONE XR Tonnea Cover Installed

Part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 Thank you for the quick response, Jameson. Much appreciate it! I still have following questions: 1 As you probably know that RetraxOne XR tonneau cover has a key latch at the end of the cover that unlocks the cover. When it’s in open position, it stands out about 3” high and rolls across the bed. So, what is the height of these cross bars from the bed rails? How low/high they sit? My worry is that key latch not clearing the crossbars when it’s in open position. Do these cross bars sit high enough to easily clear the key latch not touching the bars when its in open position? 2 What is the weight capacity for handling the loads? 3 Noticed that these are 71” long/wide across, is that a perfect size for my 2024 Toyota Tundra? Or do I have to cut them to fit the exact size. I’d think it’s better if they extend couple of inches both sides beyond the bed rails. Thanks again! Parvez

Hey Parvez, glad I could help! So the Rhino Rack Vortex Crossbars for Retrax XR tonneau covers part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 was designed specifically to work with your RetraxOne XR tonneau cover so it is going to definitely have enough clearance above your tonneau.

This has a 220 lb dynamic weight capacity which means it can carry 220 lbs on the rack when on the road.

So your truck bed width is 59 inches and the bars of this kit are 71 inches so that would put the bars about 5 inches past the sides of the bed on either side. We also have a 65 inch version with the part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 which might be closer to the fit you are looking for. I don't think you'd want to cut the bars but you certainly could if you wanted to.
