Can Detail K2 Storm II Plow be Used with 2018 Ram 1500

Question:

I am looking for a plow for my Lone Star 2018 ram 1500 with 5.7 engine. I keep reading 2 things that combine to make me hesitant in buying the DK2 Storm II plow: 1 Needs custom brackets. Who makes these custom brackets? 2 Every time I look for and think I find these custom brackets, it says Cross bar not includedinch but the cross bar doesnt seem to come with the plow either. So seriously, can you make this more clear to me what I need to buy to be able to install and hook up a DK2 Storm II plow? Do you sell all the parts I need?

Sorry for the confusion Franklin! But you can use the Detail K2 Storm II part # K2STOR8422 with your 2018 Ram 1500 with the correct custom brackets for your truck part # K284314. With these two part numbers you would have everything you would need including the crossbar. The custom mounting bracket plow options are a lot better than the front mount options which just aren't quite as secure. Fun fact we've ripped a couple front hitches off a Highlander here using a front hitch plow setup.
