re bike hitch racks some racks disclose that they can fit a 1 1/4 and 2 inch hitch - how is that possible? Are they sold as 2 different racks or is there an adapter involved?

Hey Paul thanks for your question. The bike racks that fit 1-1/4" and 2" hitches, such as the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo # RKY10007 do use an adapter which allows it to fit both hitch sizes. I have included pictures below showing the rack with and without the adapter sleeve.
