I have a 12 v receptacle and an AC 110v 400w max plug receptacle in my F150. Can I use either of those to run this winch?

Yes you can use the AC 110v max plug receptacle in your picture to run the StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25514. I am not sure exactly what year your F150 is (looks like maybe 2018?) but you may also have a plug in your bed that can be used to operate the winch.
