Question:

Hi. I’m looking for a replacement connecting clevis for a Demco Kwik-Tow bar model 9511003. The distance between the flanges must be 1 5/8”. All other measurements are the same as the clevis for the Commander tow bar. Thanks!

The distance between the flanges on the Replacement Connecting Clevis for Demco Commander Tow Bar # DM13582-81 is 1 3/16 so it's going to be 7/16" too small.

I also did some digging around and it looks like the Demco Kwik-Tow has been discontinued for a while, so finding replacements is going to be quite difficult.

I recommend just replacing the tow bar since it's been discontinued - you could use the Blue Ox Acclaim Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX4330 if you wanted to stick with the same style, or you can use the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR which has a bit more capacity but uses a 2" receiver instead of a hitch ball.
