I will be towing the 2023 AT4X Canyon behind my 2014 dodge 3500 carting a cab over camper. I would like some recommendations for the wiring harness and the braking system. Please advise with the best compatible flat towing complete system for this combination.

To flat tow your 2023 GMC Canyon AT4X behind a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 you'll need the following components:
Baseplate: Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU85CR. This is the only option currently confirmed to fit the AT4X models, per Blue Ox.
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables and an adjustable head/shank to help keep the tow bar level between the Ram and Canyon.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will transfer your Ram's traffic signals through to the tail lights of the Canyon.
The battery will need to be disconnected to flat tow so I recommend also picking up the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect - Gas # RM-766 to make this process as easy as pressing a button.
Braking System: Since you're towing with a Ram instead of a motorhome I recommend going with an inertia-based system like the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system will activate and provide an proportional force to the brake pedal in the Canyon as compared to how fast you start to slow down in the Ram. This will come with a remote to show you when the brakes are being applied as well as allow you to adjust your brake settings without having to pull over and walk back to the main unit.
