Question:
My lock on my popnlock for my 2010 Honda Ridgeline suddenly does not allow the key to enter the keyhole without forcing it in. As a result I no longer feel comfortable using the device and it defeats the purpose of me buying the device. Is there a replacement for the locking cylinder mechanism place the key goes and what is the cost? Please let me know my options. Thank you

At this time it doesn't look like Pop & Lock offer just the lock core separately from the # PAL6100 but you could still try giving them a call and seeing if they can swap it out without having to replace everything. In the meantime while you still have to use it I recommend spraying some white lithium grease # RM-747 into the lock core and working the key around to loosen up any built up corrosion or debris. WD40 is usually good for this as well but can allow debris to stick to it whereas white lithium grease will not.
