can Zip system sheathing green board by Huberwood be used as underlayment for TPO?

Yes, you can use the ZIP System Green Roof Sheathing as an underlayment for the Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane # AL25CV.

I'm considering using the zip board on a 2020 Riverstone roof after removing the existing half inch plywood that has some rot. My Riverstone Legacy roof has a very very slight radius Bend or slight "arch". I have heard that zip board does not Flex but is this accurate when it comes to just the slight curve of these RV roofs? It will be secured to the fifth wheel using some type of screws into aluminum truss so I have the luxury of pre-drilling and putting as many screws through it as needed to hold it down but I am still concerned if it will Flex at all to make that bend happen? After it is complete I will be having a spray-on roof armor roof installed over it.

@RobW I believe you should be good with a slight bend, but I honestly can't find anything about that online, so I recommend reaching out to the company you plan on buying the ZIP System Green Roof Sheathing from to see what they have to say about it since they mess with it on a regular basis.
