Long seams, narrow roof sections, and strip-style repairs need membrane material that gives you length without buying a full-width roll. This gray SuperFlex membrane strip measures 8" wide x 100' long and covers 67 sq ft per roll, giving your roof repair material sized for long, narrow coverage.
RV roofs may look mostly flat, but crowns and molded roof shapes still need membrane material that can settle into position without losing strength. SuperFlex construction is flexible and stretchable while staying puncture and tear resistant, with increased thickness, tear resistance, and elongation compared with PVC roofing. Once positioned, your roof has a fitted membrane surface that follows the roof shape.
This roll includes the SuperFlex membrane only, so plan the rest of the roof repair before the old material comes off. Alpha Systems water-based adhesive (AL87CV or AL27CV), butyl tape (AL32EF), self-leveling sealant (AL68KV), and non-sag sealant (AL33KV) are needed and sold separately. Don't use silicone sealant, because it won't adhere to the membrane.
This 11-lb roll gives you a narrow strip of roof membrane that is easier to move, position, and keep on hand for repair work. SuperFlex material is approximately half the weight of traditional EPDM roofing. The UV-resistant surface resists fading, mold, algae, and fungus, while periodic cleaning with standard household cleaners keeps the surface easier to maintain.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Alpha Systems' Gray Superflex RV Roof Membrane. Now, this roofing membrane is designed to give your RV roof a strong, long lasting layer of protection, while still being flexible enough to work with in unique shapes and curves found on most modern RVs. So unlike some traditional roofing materials, this is gonna be able to stretch and conform to the roof without losing its strength. So that's going to help it perform well over time as the RV moves and flexes during travel.
Now, this roll measures about 100 feet long, and looking at the width here, I can show that to you pretty easily. We're sitting pretty close to eight inches wide, and so this is gonna be approximately enough for 67 square feet of coverage. And one of the biggest selling points of this is gonna be durability. The material is thicker and more tear-resistant than standard PVC roofing, so that's gonna give it better protection against punctures, rips and everyday wear. This is also built to resist mold, algae, and fungus.
That's gonna help keep the roof in better condition and reduce maintenance concerns down the road. Now, for RV owners who spend a lot of time outdoors, the UV-resistant construction is gonna be another major advantage. This is gonna help protect your roof from sun damage and fading that's caused by long-term exposure to harsh weather conditions. The surface has somewhat of a textured finish that's gonna help improve traction when walking on the roof, so it doesn't feel like immediately slippery, that there is kind of a texture, or even, if I dare say, like a grip to it. So you won't have to worry about slipping when you're up on the roof doing installation, inspections or maintenance.
So with its durability, the membrane remains lightweight. It's about half the weight of traditional EPDM roofing, so it adds less overall weight to your RV. Maintenance should be pretty simple as well. The membrane only requires occasional cleaning using common household cleaners, making this an easy upkeep for most RV owners. Product shipped quickly and wrapped so no damage would happen. Thought the product would be stiffer than it was. The tpo was softer than expected heat welding was tricky in the Florida heat. But I got it done that’s what matters had two roofs to rem and one put on just in time to beat the real heat.
The roof mri was the same thickness as the brand names and was less expensive. I also got the installation kit and it had everything I needed except I had to order more of the butyl tape
