The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-144 will not interfere with your Torklift SuperHitch on your 2018 Ram. This sway bar only works with 4WD models, so if you have a 2WD model then I'd recommend using # RM94GR instead because this will work with both 2WD and 4WD models.
