Replacement Ramp Door Spring Kit for 85 lb Horse Trailer Door
Published 01/18/2024 >
Question:
Do all the horse trailer ramp shocks come in single packets. We have small two horse trailer and our shocks to lift ramp or ramp springs - not sure of the real name. I was looking and some of yours say dual ramp spring - does that mean 2 whole shocks or one shock with 2 springs? I had 2 on the ramp and both broke, ramp is heavy to lift without about 85lb. Any suggestions

We have both single and dual ramp spring sets and form my understanding it has more to do with the weight capacity than anything else.
For your 85 lb ramp we have the Single Spring # 362SA5 that fits a 5' wide enclosed trailer. Aside from that I recommend choosing your door width and then a spring weight rating similar to how heavy a door you have from our linked selection.
