Will the Curt Replacement OEM USCAR Trailer Connector Fit in the Same Spot as the Factory 7-Way?

Question:

Will this 7 way and 4 way fit into the factory steel mount the same as factory on my 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali ? Doesnt make much sense to have to drill for another mount to put along side this one.

Thanks for the picture! Yes, it will. The old factory connector on your 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali will pop out once you disconnect the wiring harness and you'll be able to insert the Curt Replacement OEM USCAR Trailer Connector item # C42JR.
