Yes, the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e98903 will indeed fit the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition. I checked directly with the manufacturer and verified that it will fit all models of the 2024 Pacifica, including the AWD Launch Edition.
Installation will not require any drilling. You will need to lower the exhaust temporarily and loosen/temporarily remove the plastic underbody panel. Some trimming of the underbody panel and heat shield will also be required. I have linked our install video below if you want to take a look.
