You're in luck Joey because there is not! You do not have to drill to install the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C29VV on your 2023 Lexus RX 350. I went ahead and linked the installation instructions below so you can see how to get this hitch set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
