Do you have a hitch mount bike rack that has a wiring harness and tail lights built in

Yes we do. We have the Saris Door County Bike Rack part # SAR42RR that has taillights built in and a 7-way trailer wiring harness. This hitch only fits the 2 inch hitch size and was more designed for e-bikes that weigh a lot more but we also have the Thule Epos part # TH49XE which fits both the 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch size. The wiring harness of this rack is a 4-way which is more commonly found on lighter duty vehicles.
Taillights aren't super common on bike racks in the US unlike other countries as we don't have laws that require them like they do but I would imagine we'll start to see more in coming years.
