The Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE23RR unfortunately has not been confirmed to fit your 2001 Four Winds Chateau Ford E-450 Chassis but the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147 has. If you want to replace the front bar as well then you'll need part # RM-1139-115 as well.
