Hello can you tell me how far does this hitch stick out past the bumper on a 2023 Tesla Model 3? 391TES317T. I want to make sure my bike rack will not hit the bumper. I have the Kuat NV 2.0 the all black one. thank you

Yes we can! The Stealth Hitch Receiver # 391TES317T will stick out past the bumper by 2" on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. This is going to give you plenty of room for your Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # BA22B and there will be no concern of the rack contacting the bumper. Even with the rack in the folded position, there should be more than 4" between the rack and the bumper which is plenty of room.
The Stealth Hitch # 391TES317T also comes with the towing kit, so you will have all of the components you need if you ever need to tow a small trailer. I have linked our install video below if you want to take a look.
