Question:

I have a 2020 lincoln nautilus. I also have a blue ox avail tow bar. Watching the video it recommends the roadmaster base plate because its easier to install. Should i get the blue ox base plate or a road master and buy the adapters to hook the blue ox tow bar to the roadmaster base plate? Thanks

Since you already have a Blue Ox tow bar # BX7420 I would go with the Blue Ox base plate kit part # BX2680 for your 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. I think the Blue Ox base plate kits are the easiest to use and are definitely the highest quality so this would be the way to go. This would also prevent you from having to use any adapters. The Roadmaster Direct Connect base plates are easier to use but having used them all I would give the edge to the Blue Ox although some might have differing opinions.
