Availability of Relacement Hitch Install Hardware

Question:
Im in need of the bolt set for installing a Trailor hitch on a 2003 dodge 1500 and i dont know what sizes i need can i buy the bolt set from a hitch. I have a hitch but the guy i got the truck from took it off to fix something and didnt put it back on and sold it as is.
