I have some measurements you will need to take to verify if the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615 will fit your 2020 Cadillac XT5. This box will fit crossbars up to 3-5/16" wide by 1-1/2" tall with a spread of 23-5/8" to 34-3/8" on center. You will also need to measure from the center of your front crossbar to the seam where the rear hatch meets the roof.
If you do not already have a roof rack you can measure from the centers of the attachment points on flush mounted roof rails. If your roof rails meet the measurement requirements you can use the Yakima roof rack consisting of the Crossbars # Y58UV and Fit Kit # Y00245.
If you do not have measurements which meet the requirements for the box please let me know what they are so I can help you find a compatible box.
