The Phoenix USA Front Under-Lug Hub Cover w/ Pop Out # PXCO23SS you found will only fit your 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 if you have converted the truck over to the much larger 8 on 275mm bolt pattern versus the 8 on 6-1/2" which comes from the factory.
If you have the factory setup with 16" wheels we will only have options like the Wheel Cover # NA7160B1.
