I am looking for top Clarence light lens for 2004 Monaco Diplomat number on light base is SAE P2-58-59 amber

We unfortunately no longer offer the replacement lens for this light so the only thing I can offer would be a complete replacement with the Optronics Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflex Reflector # MC32AB. You could possibly use the replacement lens # A32AB for this light on your current light, but with the price being virtually the same I'd go with the full light just in case the lens doesn't fit you can just swap out the light and have zero down time waiting for a new light to show up.
