Yes, there is a hitch that fits your 2023 Mercedes GLE 350. That hitch is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH99MR. This hitch has a removable receiver for a completely hidden design when not in use. This version of the hitch has a max tongue weight of 600 lbs and is only designed for hitch-mounted accessories. If you plan on towing, you will need the # SH24GR which comes with the towing kit. This includes a ball mount as well as a 7-way wiring connection.
