A have a older Thule rod vault and a key with a code D23323. Will this part TH85ME work on my vault?

I can't find any type of reference anywhere to a D23323 code, but the Replacement Locking Lever Latch and Keys # TH85ME will work for you so long as you have the Thule RodVault 2 part 870002, Thule RodVault 4 part 870004, or Thule RodVault ST part 870011.
