Is there just a small piece of E-Track I can use to install this handle? All I'm seeing are long strips and I don't need that much for this.

We do have some shorter tracks so you can install the CargoSmart Soft Loop Handle # 3481736 exactly where you want it!
I recommend checking out the CargoSmart X-Track since it gives you a little more versatility. The shorter options come in a 3" Length # 3486500 as well as a 2' Length # 3481787 depending on what exactly you're looking to get out of this.
The 3" length is great if you have exactly one spot you want that handle and you don't plan on ever changing it, but the 2' length can give you some different height options if you have room for it and you'd like to keep your options open.
