No, you will not have to drill into the frame in order to install the Roadmaster Base Plate # RM-523198-5 on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. There will be some trimming/cutting of the spoiler, air dam, grille guard or plastic fascia. Tow hooks, if present, will need to be permanently removed.
