Yes, assuming your 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe has a trailer hitch it is compatible with and can carry the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR.
You just need to ensure you have the right clearance for the spare tire, and that will depend on your hitch. For example, when we test fit the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13392 on a '23 Wrangler 4xe we found it measured 9 inches from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the spare tire.
The Destination measures 9-1/4 inches to the closest part of the rack so it would be a good idea in this case to add Hitch Extender # RKY10008.
