Can The Demco Unassembled Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM5947 Be Welded On 4" Wide Trailer Tongue?

my tunge width is 4 inch .will the 3 inch wide surge brake acuator weld to my 4 inch trailer tunge ?

Yes, the Demco Unassembled Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM5947 can be welded on top of your trailer with a 4" wide tongue. While the page does say it was designed to fit on a 3" wide tongue since this doesn't actually sit around the tongue it will allow you to weld it on the top.
