Does Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver Include Cover For Access Hole On Tesla Model 3?

Question:
Does item # 391TES317 come with the cut-out cover shown in several of the customer photos included under the item listing. The customer comments that the provided cover fits perfectly but it is not shown in the parts list or install manual. i would have included a photo but see nowhere to include one. Thanks

I reached out to Stealth Hitches and they said their Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391TES317T does not include a cut out cover. They recommended if your 2023 Tesla Model 3 does not already have the removable panel, you should order a new under fascia from Tesla with the factory removable hitch panel.
