Want to purchase a block heater for my 2023 Mazda cx9, do you include the location point where the block heater should be installed freeze plug location?

Yes, we have the Kat's block heater part # KH11409 that is a confirmed fit for your 2023 Mazda CX-9. This fits in place of a frost plug which is located around the back side of the block as your facing front of car on the driver side.
