Question:
Im trying to find this slide motor assembly and cant seem to find it. Pictures and included. That mounting bracket is the problem. I dont see anything on your site like it. Help!

To replace your VT00310R slide out motor you need the Lippert 18:1 Venture Actuator Slide-Out Motor # LC132682, which I confirmed is the correct replacement with my contact at Lippert.
