Difficulty of Installing Westin 22-6020-1975 Running Boards on 2014 Ford Explorer

Question:
I have purchased a Ford 2014 Explorer SUV, 4 door Limited series. Will the above part fit into this car without too much work, drilling or moving of parts to make the boards fit? Do I have to remove any under carriage bolts in order for the two units to be mounted? Do they rust, since I am in South Fla. and we get a lot of rain in the summer that has salt in the mixture?

The Westin running boards are indeed a fit for your Explorer. The # 22-6020-1975 uses existing holes in the vehicle. No existing bolts need to be removed.
The bars themselves are stainless steel, which gives them a good deal of corrosion resistance. The mounting brackets are constructed of powder coated steel. Some occasional preventative maintenance will go a long way in protecting the nerf bars. Apply a good coat of wax on the step bars 2 or 3 times per year.
The bars are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. You can see the installation instructions by clicking the provided link.
