The recommended 5th wheel rail installation kit for a 2013 Ram 2500 with a 6 foot bed is the Curt Fifth Wheel Installation kit part # C16430-204, this would be the kit you would want.
If your PullRite SuperGlide is the ISR Series then yes it would be compatible with the # C16430-204, if it is the traditional series then no it would not.
The Curt Rail kit part # C16427-104 that you referenced is designed for the 2014 Rams so it would not work for you.
