I'm assuming you mean you have a 63" gap between the two frame beams which would allow you to use the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13704. The mounting brackets for this hitch can be installed on the bottom of your C-Channel frame beams by drilling through the lip of the frame and using the included hardware. This class III hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 5,000lbs and maximum tongue weight capacity of 500lbs.
