The Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KRCA27A58 for your 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 5-3/4' bed has T-Slots in the rails that fit perfectly with the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-5855.
I really like this ladder rack because it's easier to install than a lot of other options and it looks much more sleek as well. The included adapters mean you also get to take advantage of the T-Slots so you can adjust the ladder rack back and forth to accommodate different load lengths.
