Question:
Flange to Flange is 144 3/4 what size do you recommend for my slide out. I was thinking 151 would that work.

I actually recommend going with the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000177334 instead. This slide out awning is going to fit slide outs that measure 140" to 145" which would be better suited for you since yours is 144 3/4".
Just so you're aware as well, there needs to be a minimum of 7" of clearance on both sides of the slide-out, if there is not then you'd need the next size down which would be # LCV000168328.
