Does this part number come with all the nuts/bolts/spacers, etc I need everything, but the rails. I am assuming I can use my existing rails I took off my 2008 F350. Putting Hitch on my Ford F350

The Curt Custom Base Rail Kit you referenced, part # C16424-204 includes the frame brackets, bed mounted rails, and all necessary hardware to complete the installation.
The install kit, less the bed rails is available as part # C16424. If the bed rails off of your old truck are the Curt brand, you can reuse them. We don't recommend using frame brackets and bed rails from differing manufacturers. They have not been tested together, and therefore their weight capacity would be unknown which could be bad..
If you do not yet have a 7-way installed in the truck bed, you can install one using part # C56000.
