Im looking for a rhino rack set for my 2013 kia forte sedan with vortex bars. Im looking for a locking set. Do you have rails closer to 40inch long that I can mount to my roof, and what other parts do I need to look at getting?

There are indeed tracks close to 40 inches that will allow you to use a locking Rhino-Rack Vortex aero crossbar set up. For the tracks and feet what you need is the following:
- Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks - Rivet Mount - 39-3/8" Long # RRRTS511
- Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - RTC and RT Roof Rack Tracks # RRRLT600
Then for the crossbars, the correct length is going to depend on where you mount the tracks, and will either be the 41" long Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA106B-2 or 46" long # RRVA118B-2.
