I have a 1999 dodge 2500 4x4, v10 long bed. Is there a no drill kit available?

There is one custom 5th wheel installation kit with above the bed rails for your 1999 Doge Ram 2500 but it still does require drilling into the truck frame for installation. It is Husky installation kit # HT31404-686.
The other option is to install B an W installation kit/gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1394-5W which does not require drilling for the frame brackets. Then you could use the B and W Companion hitch # BWRVK3500-5W.
