I haul a 34 foot, 11,000lb boat on a 39 foot 2,100lb trailer. What are the recommended tie down straps for my transom and bow applications?

For a trailer and boat that heavy I would recommend our highest capacity bow tie down strap part # IMF14220 and transom strap part # IMF14207.
