Have a customer who has a Fan-tastic fan Model 6504-414 and they have broke the vent cover. Do you have replACEMENT OR A PART NUMBER FOR THIS ITEM

Since you have a Fan-Tastic roof vent the correct replacement lid is the part # FVK1020-81.
