Yes we do; I verified directly with Thule that the correct replacement cradle for your Thule Hyper 612 cargo box is the following:

- Replacement Thule AcuTight Cradle for Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Boxes # TH8523387001

This is the correct cradle and it will work, though it is technically different than the older, longer cradles that Thule once used. This is right for your cargo box though.
