I bought one of these fans, but wonder if I can buy a deeper inner garnish molding, because I’m adding a curb on the roof that will make my roof thicker by 2” .

MaxxFan does not offer a taller garnish than what comes with the MaxxFan part # MA00-07500K that you referenced but the included garnish can fit roof thicknesses that are up to 6-1/2 inches thick so you might check to see if it could fit.
If you trimmed yours down already and need a new one we have that with part # MA54FR.
