You will need to order the Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK. On the product page you will enter Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13147. This will then supply you with all the hardware to install the receiver on a 2009-2013 Subaru Forester.
If you are also needing to install a 4-way flat connector you will want the Curt # C56040. This will provide you with a 4-way flat connector which will fit most small trailers you might tow. It can also be used for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you have a large hitch mounted accessory such as a bike rack which could impair the view of your tail lights.
