We can definitely set you up with a roof rack for your 2017 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen that is compatible with the Thule Hullavator # TH898. The Hullavator requires the crossbar to overhang past the tower by 4" to 8", so it will be best to use a solid aero bar setup with a slightly longer crossbar. For that I recommend the Yakima Jetstream roof rack. This will consist of the following parts:
