Im looking for tie-down rubber strap stock 1.5 width .125 thickness in a roll to make my own length used for hose rack on a tanker trailer.

The closest I can get to that that we have is the Replacement Wheel Strap for Thule Raceway Platform Style Bike Carrier # P308 which measures 11 3/8" overall, and has 10 1/2" wide holes.
If it's just a hose rack you're looking for, the Rack'Em 2-Hook Multi-Tool Rack for Enclosed Trailers # RA-11 is what I'd go for.
This can be mounted to your trailer, has 2 hooks for hanging your hose, and the hooks are also predrilled so they can be screwed into any surface.
